We respect your data fully.

You have full control over your information on Luduv. You can delete your Messages or your entire profile at any time using the delete options available in your account settings. When you delete your data, it is removed from our active servers, and other users will no longer have access to it.

Please understand, however, that user safety is our highest priority.

If a user engages in harmful, illegal, abusive, or policy-violating behaviour on this platform, Luduv may retain and preserve relevant records (including Messages, account data, and activity logs) where required or permitted by law. Any such preserved data may be fully disclosed to law enforcement or other competent authorities, at their lawful request or at our discretion, for the purpose of protecting users and preventing harm.

This policy exists to keep all users safe at all times.

Users may block other users at their own discretion. Blocking immediately stops communication and visibility between users and is strongly encouraged whenever someone feels uncomfortable or unsafe.

Deleting your account does not override our obligation to comply with legal requests or to cooperate with authorities in cases involving harm, threats, fraud, or serious violations of our policies.

Luduv Terms of Use.

We are available to you at all times via chat within 24 hours response time.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Luduv's website, apps, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Luduv is.

Luduv is a connection platform intended to help adults meet like-minded people whose stated intention is marriage or a serious, marriage-oriented relationship.

Important: Luduv is not a matchmaking agency, not a dating guarantor, and does not guarantee compatibility, identity, intentions, conduct, or outcomes. Users are responsible for their own decisions and interactions.

2. Eligibility.

You must be:

• At least 18 years old, and
• Legally able to form a binding contract where you live.

By using Luduv, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account rules.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login details secure.
• Use only one account unless we permit otherwise.
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Community standards and marriage-intent conduct.

Luduv is built for serious, respectful connections. Users must behave in a way consistent with a marriage-intent environment, including:

• Honest representation (no impersonation, catfishing, fake photos, or false identity claims).
• Respectful communication and boundaries.
• No harassment, hate, coercion, or sexual intimidation.
• No scams, money requests, or manipulative schemes.

If you do not adhere to these standards, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban you.

5. Prohibited activities.

You may not:

• Ask for, send, or facilitate money, gifts, crypto, or financial assistance through the platform.
• Threaten, blackmail, extort, or pressure any user.
• Harass, stalk, doxx, or share private information of others.
• Use the Services for commercial solicitation, ads, escorting, or trafficking.
• Post illegal content or content that violates anyone's rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, reverse engineer, or use bots/automation without permission.
• Collect user information for any purpose outside the platform.
• Use Luduv to promote fraud, investment schemes, or "urgent emergency" stories designed to extract money.

6. Safety guidance and verification.

You acknowledge:

• Online interactions carry risks.
• You are responsible for personal safety decisions.
• We recommend early identity validation via video call using reputable tools (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp, Instagram) before meeting in person.

No guarantee: We do not guarantee that any user is who they claim to be. Use caution and report suspicious behaviour.

7. Reporting, moderation, and enforcement.

You can report and block users at any time. We may, at our discretion:

• Remove content,
• Issue warnings,
• Restrict messaging,
• Suspend or terminate accounts,
• Preserve records to investigate abuse and protect the community.

We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so.

8. User content and licence.

You keep ownership of the content you upload ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Luduv a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content only to operate and improve the Services, including showing your profile to other users as intended.

You represent you have rights to all content you upload.

9. Intellectual property.

The Services, including software, branding, logos, and design, are owned by Luduv or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Paid features and subscriptions (if applicable).

If Luduv offers paid plans:

• Prices, billing cycles, and features are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers.
• Refunds (if any) follow the policy displayed at purchase or required by law.
• We may change prices or features with notice where legally required.

11. Disclaimers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that interactions will be safe or successful.
• We do not guarantee that users' intentions are genuine, including marriage intent.

12. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Luduv is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Luduv is not liable for user conduct, offline interactions, or losses arising from communications between users.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Luduv in the 12 months before the event (or [USD/THB X] if you paid nothing), unless your local law prohibits this limitation.

13. Indemnity.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Luduv harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination.

You may stop using Luduv at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or harmed other users or the platform.

Termination may include banning associated accounts/devices where appropriate.

15. Disputes, governing law, and venue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Any disputes will be handled in [COURTS/ARBITRATION LOCATION], unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
